Happy New Year!

We rang in the New Year with Mimi and Papa Bill once again this year. It was an awesome treat that they were here in Michigan this year and we did not have to make the long drive. We had so much fun at the Road house for dinner and spent New Years day with them at Aunt Cindy's again just more great family fun. The guys settled in around the fire place and watched football and ate yummy treats, while the mommies of a few generations gathered around the kitchen and enjoyed stories and good wine.
Henry has some asthma complications and is using his nebulizer, steroids and antibiotics to help his chest cold break and increase his oxygen saturation levels and stop the wheeze. Poor guy we wish him well. Today at the asthma doctor he weighed in at 29 lbs.

Christmas Fun!

The kids were so happy Izzy got the barbie Diamond castle and smores the horse she really wanted and Henry got a Haba walker wagon (thank you mimi and papa bill) and lots of fun safe toddler toys! We let the kids open presents hung out for a while then ventured to Nana and babou's. We enjoyed a huge feast and the kids played and played. We are so blessed and thankful for all the great gifts.

Henry Ford & Henry Martin

Here is a few quick photos of the very frozen fun we had at The Henry Ford/Greenfield Village Holiday Nights. We left early before the fireworks as it was too cold! But all the little houses and stores were decorated so pretty. There was horse drawn carriage rides, ice skating, carolers, and most of all Santa and his reindeer's.

Just Isabella and mom went a special girls night out. We did have fun Izzy thought the Model T's were silly beeping down the bustling streets. This event was sold out so it was busy!!

Here is a photo of Henry Martin enjoying his Christmas gift from Uncle Josh and aunt Meg

Her First Recital

Isabella was great, so little and full of smiles!

She recently competed in Ida at the Miss Holiday Majorette and marched in the Saline Holiday parade. A busy December it has been!

She will be competing in the Twirling Unlimited Competition in February before we leave to Disney. There is a huge baton competition in Disney the week before we get there, wish we would have known so we could have watched it! Well there is always next time :)

Christmas is right around the corner and tonight we are off to the Henry Ford Museum to see the Holiday lights at Greenfield Village.

Happy Holidays!

Prize winning pumpkins, allergies and fall fun!

Fall Fun with the Strozeski Kids...

Henry is well at least for today, he has had many asthma episodes lately and we have been on edge awaiting the next attack. He is seeing a pediatric specialist and they have pinpointed his biggest trigger...allergies to milk protein. It all made sense we had just started supplementing more with an organic formula so mom could get some work done during the day and well like clock work 20 minutes after the bottle he would be red in the face, rapid breathing and gasping for breath. Mom has to not have any milk protein in her diet now and he has had to switch to a hypoallergenic formula for supplementation. He is getting better but wow that was and is very scary.

Isabella's twirlettes are going well she had a blast in the homecoming parade and can't wait till her miss majorette holiday competition and the upcoming holiday parade with a visit from santa too!

The kids had a great Halloween, Henry took first place in the school pumpkin contest and Isabella took third place.
The year the kids dressed up as Lumpy and roo from the movie Pooh's heffalump Halloween, it was isabella's idea.

We did a haunted house at the school trunk or treat event and they had a great night of fun an were joined by their cousins Ricky, Clara, Ruby and Matthew at the event.
Mom, Izzy & henry also went to the Toledo zoo for the lil boo zoo this year and had tons of fun!
The family went to the apple orchard with Grandpa mike and had a fun lunch at Brown in South Lyon one Sunday afternoon, gotta love fall time!
We also had a great visit from Uncle Josh and Aunt Meg, they are so fun to have over and wish they could have stayed longer. Uncle Josh was a bit tired he just traveled from Africa and had not had a good nite sleep yet.
So Here are some fun fall photos for my lucky readers to enjoy! Happy Fall can't wait for my favorite Thanksgiving...mmmmmmm!
This year we are hosting and i am so excited to make some really yummy dishes for all the family to enjoy.
